U.S. PIRG On-Campus Interviews

U.S. Public Interest Research Group (U.S. PIRG), a leading national environmental lobbying organization, will be on campus next week to conduct on-campus interviews and provide detailed information about the career opportunities available with U.S. PIRG for graduating seniors (December 2011 or May 2012).

*Career Information Table - Monday, Nov. 14, 4:30-6:30 p.m., outside Commons, Chapin Hall

*Career Information Session - Monday, Nov. 14, 7-8:30 p.m., Presidents' Dining Room, Chapin Hall

*On-Campus Interviews - Tuesday, Nov. 15, 9-11 a.m. and 2-5 p.m. in the Liberal Arts in Practice Center (LAPC), 703 Emerson Street (sign up NOW!)

*International & Service Career Fair - Tuesday, Nov. 15, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Mathers,  Pearsons Hall (one of several organizations participating)

Seniors may sign up on My TurtleSearch* for a Nov. 15 on-campus interview with the recruiter prior to the Information Session. Early sign up is strongly encouraged.

The U.S. PIRG recruiter will be holding on-campus interviews in the LAPC, 9-11 a.m., and 2-5 p.m., on Tuesday, Nov.15. The interviews are 30 minutes in length. Sign up for an interview on My TurtleSearch.* (see instructions below)

*To sign up for an interview, log into My TurtleSearch at http://www.beloit.edu/careerservices/students/myturtlesearch/. You must have a resume (or upload one) on the My TurtleSearch system in order to see the interview schedule on your My TurtleSearch account. Select "Schedules" on the top menu bar of your screen - then "Qualified Schedules." You will see information about the interview schedule and may click the "Sign Up" icon to view available time slots and sign up for an interview.

If you have never activated your My TurtleSearch account, follow the instructions on the Career Services website at: http://www.beloit.edu/careerservices/students/myturtlesearch/ (As a first-time user, you should be able to log in under the returning user login area on the login page by using your student I.D. as the username and password. You can change your username and password in your Profile section after logging in if you would like.)

The U.S. PIRG representative will be attending the International & Service Career Fair on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in Mathers, Pearsons Hall. (U.S. PIRG will be one of several organizations at the fair.)
