"Entrepreneurship and Community Recovery After Disaster" lecture by professor Virgil Storr '96
The lecture will focus on the role of commercial, social, and political entrepreneurship in bringing about community recovery after a disaster using examples from post-Katrina New Orleans. Dr. Storr will conclude with his thoughts on the implications of his research on post-disaster public policy.
