Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt, China Adviser and North East Asia Project Director, International Crisis Group will give the annual Ivan and Janice Stone lecture.  Based in Beijing, her areas of expertise include the international politics of East Asia, China's foreign policy, U.S.-China relations, and Sub-Saharan Africa.  Her lecture will focus on China's North Korea policy.
