The holidays are a time of good cheer, friends, family, parties and gifts.  It can also be a time of great stress, sadness and magnify isolation or loneliness. This presentation will focus on some of the pitfalls associated with the holidays and how to avoid or cope more effectively with the increased stress that the holidays trigger. Guest speaker: Jennifer Fruin.   Feel free to bring a sack lunch.
