  2010. A former Minister of Justice and Minister of Foreign Affairs for Per
 u, Justice García-Sayán is also past Chair of the United Nations Working 
 Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances. He holds a law degree from
  Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and studied political science at t
 he University of Texas at Austin for one year.
