The 4th annual Weissberg Lecture on International Human Rights will be delivered by Mark Drumbl on September 12, 2011, on the topic of his new book, "Not So Simple: Child Solidiers, Justice, and the International Legal Imagination." Dr. Drumbl is the Director of the Transitional Law Institute at Washington & Lee University School of Law.
