Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Women's Tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision to Edgewood College at the Strong Complex Tennis Courts on Tuesday.
Taylor Jones and Emma Beck got things off to a good start with a win at #1 Doubles but Edgewood took #2 and #3 to lead 2-1 heading into Singles play.
Alex Hinck scored a straight sets win at #1 Singles before the Eagles took the next four flights. Both Beck at #4 and Lily Rubenstein at #5 lost in third-set super tiebreakers.
Ashley Miglin grabbed the Buccaneers final point at #6 Singles.
The Bucs are off until Friday when they host UW-La Crosse at 4:00 p.m. They then host UW-Stout and Mount Mary College on Saturday beginning at 9:00 a.m.
