Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Women's Soccer team had a long day at the Strong Complex Soccer Field Wednesday, going two overtimes before tying Wisconsin Lutheran College 0-0.
Both teams had scoring chances throughout the 110 minutes. WLC out-shot the Bucs 26-6 but the Beloit defense and goalkeeper Willow Macy held strong. Macy finished with 12 saves, including several from point-blank range.
The Bucs are off until Saturday when they open Midwest Conference play at Cornell College in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. Game time is 1:00 p.m.
