Madison, WI/Eureka, IL -- The Beloit College Women's Soccer team split a pair of non-conference road matches over the weekend, defeating Eureka College 5-3 on Saturday before falling to Edgewood College on Sunday.

The Buccaneers scored twice in the first 19 minutes but the Red Devils battled back to within 3-2 at the half.  EC tied it at 3 with 10 minutes left but Chambers score two goals in a five-minute span to seal the win.

On Sunday at Edgewood, the Eagles scored four goals in each half to win going away.  Caitlin Paterson took five of the Buccaneers' six shots in the game.

The Bucs have a few days off before returning to the Strong Soccer Complex Field on Thursday to take on Lakeland College in a 4:30 p.m. match.
