Aurora, IL -- The Beloit College Volleyball team hit the road for the first time this season on Wednesday night, dropping a 3-1 decision at Aurora University.
The Spartans took the match 25-18, 21-25, 25-21, 25-21.
Leah Kruckman had a team-leading 12 kills and four blocks while Molly Schulting had ten kills. Carolyn Stransky had 25 assists and Julianne Gruenhagen 23 digs.
The Buccaneers have a day off before returning to Aurora this weekend for the Jim Coleman Memorial Tournament, playing two matches on both Friday and Saturday. They open play on Friday night at 6:00 p.m. against Roosevelt University.
