Men and Women Both Finish 7th at MWC Outdoors

Jacksonville, IL -- Both the Buccaneer Men's and Women's Track & Field teams finished seventh as Beloit College finished up the 2010 Midwest Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Tanishka Armbrister finished fourth in the 400m to lead the Women on Saturday while Josh Davendonis was fourth in the 800m to pace the Men.

Also scoring points for the Women's team were Amani Edwards, sixth in the Shot Put; Julie Stutzbach, sixth in the 800m; Geneva Schulz-welo, sixth in the 5000m; Anna Blankschien, sixth in the 400m Hurdles; Katie Schurr, seventh in the 100m; Karen Bauman, eighth in the 3000m Steeplechase; and Ellie Daniels, eighth in the Javelin.

The Women's 4x100 Relay was sixth and the 4x400 Relay seventh.

For the Men, Jared Wynne finished sixth in the 5000m and eighth in the 3000m Steeplechase; Aaron Joiner was eighth in the 400m; and Malcolm Yates eighth in the 800m.

The Men's 4x100m Relay was fourth and the 4x400m Relay seventh.
