Buccaneers Use Badger Twilight as Final Tuneup for MWC Meet

Madison, WI -- The Beloit College Track & Field used the highly competitive Badger Twilight Open on Saturday as the final tune-up before next weekend's Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships.

The non-scoring meet ended late on Saturday night.

Tanishka Armbrister finished six in the 100m and seventh in the Triple Jump for the Women. Anne Bayerle was seventh in the 800m while Anna Blankschien was eighth in the 400m Hurdles.

Jackson Wilkins had the top performance of the meet for the Bucs with a third in the 400m Hurdles. Sherrick O'Quinn was fourth in the Triple Jump and Travis Towns fourth in the Javelin.

The Buccaneers begin the MWC Outdoors on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Illinois College in Jacksonville. Action continues on Saturday beginning at 8:00 a.m.
