Waukesha, WI -- The Beloit College Swimming & Diviing team had their first road meet of the season on Saturday, competing along with the Marquette Club Team at Carroll University.
The Women fell to Carroll 68-27 while the Men were nipped by the Pioneers 49-46.
Shaunte Moss won the 50 Free and 100 Breast to pace the Buccaneers. Also scoring top finishes were John Kamada in the 200 Free; Dana Olesch in the 100 Fly; Gavin Kratzke in the 100 Back; Greg Schalla in the 500 Free; and the Men's 400 Free Relay team of Will McAneny, Austin Smith, Kamada and Schall.
Earning seconds were Nick Snopek in the 1000 Free; McAneny in the 50 Free; Emma Canny and Schalla in the 200 IM; Kamada in the 100 Fly; Canny in the 500 Free; and both the Men's and Women's 400 Medley Relays.
Beloit competes at the Monmouth College Invite next Saturday. Action begins at 11:00 a.m.
