Ripon, WI -- The Beloit College Swimming & Diving team had a split result at their dual meet at Ripon College on Friday night, with the women winning 99-93 while the Men fell 93-72.
The Women were paced by double winner Kate Wolf, who won both the 1000 and 500 Free. Marin Matchinske-Brehmer won the 50 Free, Emily Law won the 100 Fly and Connie Meltzer took the 100 Back.
The 200 Free Relay of Matchinske-Brehmer, Wolf, Kate Parsons and Aria Walsh-Felz also won.
For the Men, Greg Schalla won both the 200 and 500 Free. Joe Seidel took the 100 Free and Paden Debois the 100 Breast.
The 200 Medley Relay team of Schalla, Debois, Seidel and Ike Watson also won.
The Buccaneers will host the Ted Mullin Hour of Power, an intense relay in support of cancer research, on Tuesday in the Kresge Natatorium at 4:00 p.m. They travel to Carroll University next Friday. Action that night begins at 6:00 p.m.
