Don AdamsHead Women's Basketball Coach (608) 363-2398 Before coming to Beloit, Adams spent the two seasons as the assistant women’s basketball coach at the University of Maine at Orono and helped guide the Black Bears to a pair of America East Conference regular-season championships. Maine compiled a 45-17 record during those two years, captured the 2003-04 conference tournament title, and appeared in the 2004 NCAA Tournament and 2005 National Invitational Tournament. During the 2002-03 season, he was an assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin. He also has served as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa (2000-01 and 2001-02 seasons), and as an assistant boys basketball coach at Cassville High School in Cassville, Wisconsin, for three seasons. In 2000, Cassville captured the Division 4 state title. Adams earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Lacrosse University in Madisonville, La. He also has an associate degree in hospitality management from Madison Area Technical College. |
