    The Beloit College Baseball team came up just short in a first-game slugfest at St. Norbert College on Thursday afternoon, falling 20-18.

    Game two was suspended by darkness in the eighth inning with the Bucs leading 8-5.

  • DeGeorge Wins 275th

    Dave DeGeorge doesn't talk a lot about personal milestones. But he hit a big one of Wednesday in the cold and rain at Road Ranger Stadium.

    The Beloit College Baseball team came from behind to defeat Rockford College 10-9 and give DeGeorge his 275th career win as head coach. He is in his 20th season at the helm of the Buccaneers.

    Six runs down. All it did was fire up the Beloit College Softball team on Monday against Rockford College. And the fire led to a 7-6, walkoff win in game two for a split of their doubleheader. Rockford won game one 6-2.

    The Beloit College Baseball team settled for a split with Carroll University at The Ballpark at Strong Stadium on Sunday afternoon - taking game one 10-7 before dropping the nightcap 18-10 - and took the Midwest Conference series with the Pioneers three games to one.
