
Stevens Point, WI -- The Beloit College Track & Field team competed at the UW-Stevens Point Eastbay Invite on Saturday in their final tune-up before next weekend's Midwest Conference Indoor Championships.
The Women's team finished sixth in the 13-team meet. The Men finished 16th.
Felicia Carlson paced the Buccaneers with a pair of second-place finishes in the 60m and Long Jump. She bettered her own record in the 60m, set on January 19, with a :07.95.
Rachel Monroe also had a top-three finish with a third in the Triple Jump.
The Men's 4x200m Relay was sixth while the Women's 4x200m was seventh.
Beloit will now make final preparations for the MWC's, which begin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday at Monmouth College. Action begins Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.
