Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Women's Basketball team felt the cold from outside Flood Arena on Wednesday night and it affected their shooting in a 67-42 Midwest Conference loss to Ripon College.

Beloit led 7-6 six minutes into the game before Ripon broke away with an 8-0 run over the next four minutes.  The Bucs pulled back within 18-15 with 4:27 left in the half but the Red Hawks closed with a 10-4 run to lead 28-19 at the break.

RC came out of the lockerroom on fire with a 15-4 run over the first six-plus minutes of the second half to take control of the contest.  Beloit got no closer than 18 points the rest of the way, the last time with 4:43 remaining at 57-39.  Ripon's largest lead was 27 at 52-25 at the 10:24 mark of the second half.
