Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Women's Soccer team waited almost the entire 90 minutes before finally getting a pair goals to top Ripon College in a Midwest Conference match on Sunday afternoon at the Strong Complex Soccer Field.
After 86 minutes of scoreless soccer Kirsten Takaki hit the back of the net with the lead goal off an assist from Sian Cunningham. And then just 20 seconds before the final horn Cunningham got a goal of her own, unassisted, to put the finishing touch on the win.
Willow Macy made five saves in net for the win.
The Bucs have a few days off before getting back on the field Wednesday when they host Alverno College in a non-conference match. Game time is at 4:00 p.m.
