Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Softball team dropped a pair of games to St. Norbert College as both teams opened Midwest Conference play on Saturday afternoon.

SNC won game one 5-2 and game two 16-3.

In game two St. Norbert took control right away, scoring seven runs in the opening inning and adding two more in the second.

The Green Knights made it 15-0 with six more runs in the fourth before Beloit got on the board in the bottom of the inning with an RBI double from Kingslien.

St. Norbert added an unearned run in the top of the fifth to close out their scoring. The Bucs scored twice in the bottom of five, with Laura Byrne hitting a run-scoring triple and McKenzie Falker following with a single to score Byrne.
