Beloit, WI -- The Beloit College Men's Soccer team got their 2013 season going on Tuesday at the Strong Complex Field, and the result was a shocking in a 1-1 tie with Wisconsin Lutheran College.

The game was called at the end of regulation because of darkness.

Isaiah Turner-Wyatt gave the Bucs a lead it didn't look like they'd relinquish 25 minutes into the game. for the lone Beloit goal.  BJ Kiser made save after save, several of them on point-blank shots, finishing with nine.

But the Warriors finally snuck one past with just over four minutes remaining to tie it up.  Soon after the horn sounded and before overtime started the officials and head coaches huddled and decided that it was just too dark to continue, resulting in the 1-all tie.

The Buccaneers look to get into the win column on Saturday afternoon when they host Marian University at the Strong field.  Game time is 1:00 p.m.
