Slusher's Goal Completes 3-2 Comeback Win Over LFC

Lake Forest, IL -- The Beloit College Men's Soccer team continued their strong finish to the season with a 3-2 come-from-behind win at Lake Forest College.

Tom Slusher scored unassisted at 74:34 to give the Bucs the win after they trailed 2-1 at the 53:24 mark.

The Foresters got the scoring started at 37:44 mark before Toby Racine evened it up with a penalty kick score at 42:20.

LFC regained the lead at 53:24 but Jackson Wilkins, off an assist by Ryan Munger, tied it at 2-all with a goal at 68:25, setting the stage for Slusher's game-winner.

Michael Kreiser got the win in net with five saves.

The Buccaneers close out the 2010 season next Saturday at Grinnell College.  Game time is 1:30 p.m.
