It's a Christmas tradition that's much older than the student-athletes who participated.

Senior linebacker earned Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors and eleven Beloit College Football players were recognized as the 2010 All-Midwest Conference Football team was released this afternoon by the Conference Office.

Eleven seasons is a long time to go without defeating an opponent.  But the Beloit College Football team got that monkey off their back on Saturday afternoon at Strong Stadium, defeating St. Norbert College 34-31.
