Philadelphia, PA -- Former Buccaneer Derek Carrier has signed a contract with the Philadelphia Eagles and has been placed on the team's Practice Squad.
Carrier originally signed with the Oakland Raiders as a rookie free agent following the 2012 draft. He was released as part of the Raiders final roster cut down.
After his release from the Raiders Carrier had spent a little time with the Buccaneer Football squad, working with the wide receivers, before the opportunity with the Eagles came up.
