Leesburg, FL -- It took a while for a definitive decision but the Beloit College Baseball team will not play Coe College on Thursday in Florida.
After night-long rains the fields were just too wet for play. The cancellation also wipes away a junior varsity game against Coe, scheduled after the main contest at Lake Sumter Community College in Leesburg.
The Bucs will take on Northland College of Wisconsin in a doubleheader on Friday afternoon in Winter Haven before wrapping up their trip on Saturday morning against Vassar College.
