Registration and Fees (Summer, 2015)
What is the tuition for a Beloit Summer Block course?
For most courses, a comprehensive fee of $3,675 covers tuition, room and board, and all program-related activities. The fees for CLAS 201 - Ghosts of Rome will be $4,150 due to the study abroad component and WILL NOT include airfare or transportation to and from airports.
How do I register?
- Registration for Blocks 2015 will be done through Portal. Registration begins Tuesday, January 20 and ends Wednesday, April 15. The courses can be found under the "Summer Term 2015" tab on the Course Search page.
- Each student must submit a $100 non-refundable deposit to the Office of Summer Programs to ensure their spot in the course is reserved. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Writing Center at 635 College St.
- If you are applying for financial assistance, please complete the Financial Assistance Form and return it to the Office of Summer Programs. This form is due by Wednesday, April 15 You may also e-mail the completed form to email@example.com

Where is the Office of Summer Programs?
We are located at 635 College St. (AKA The Writing Center) on the Second Floor in Rooms 201 and 205. Our Campus Mail Box is #218.
Course cancellation policy:
If a course has not met the minimum enrollment number four weeks before the start of the program, the college may cancel the course. If this occurs, any fees paid will be returned to the students enrolled in that particular course unless students wish to transfer into another Beloit Block course.
