Registration and Fees (Summer, 2013)
What is the tuition for a Beloit Summer Block course?
For most courses, a comprehensive fee of $3,602 covers tuition, room and board, and all program-related activities. The Ethnographic Field School has a comprehensive fee of $3,600 which does not include airfare or food.
How do I register?
- Pick up a green drop/add card from the Registrar's Office
- Submit green drop/add card to the Office of Summer Programs (for Beloit Block courses you do not need your adviser's signature)
- Submit $100 nonrefundable deposit to Office of Summer Programs. You will not be enrolled in the course until you pay the deposit. The full deposit is applied to your Beloit Block balance.
I am a Beloit student but am studying abroad at the moment. How can I register for the course?

I am an undergraduate student at another institution. Can I take a Beloit Summer Block course?
Yes, undergraduate students from other institutions are welcome to enroll in a Summer Block course as a visiting student. Please see the Visiting Students page for more information.
Where is the Office of Summer Programs?
We are located at 635 College St. (AKA The Writing Center) on the Second Floor in Rooms 201 and 205. Our Campus Mail Box is #218.
Course cancellation policy:
If a course has not met the minimum enrollment number five weeks before the start of the program, the college may cancel the course. If this occurs, the enrollment deposit and any fees paid will be returned to the students enrolled in that particular course unless students wish to transfer into another Beloit Block course.
