Graduate of Beloit College in 1926, student of our beloved Dr. George L. Collie, in whose footsteps you followed as professor of anthropology and as curator of Logan Museum, your alma mater has watched with pride your distinguished career in far corners of the world, your many researches into the lives and customs of peoples hitherto almost unknown, and continues her pride in your accomplishments as head of the Arctic, Desert, Tropic Information Center of the Air University at Maxwell Field.  You richly deserve this Distinguished Service Citation voted you by the Alumni Council on behalf of all the alumni of Beloit College.
