The total comprehensive fee for 2008-2009 is $38,236. This is based on full time tuition, double room, 20 meal plan and the activities fee. The food service web pages include a description of the various meal plans and the residential life pages include a copy of the housing contract.

- FEE PAYMENT AND BILLING
The Accounting Office will send billing statements home at least one month prior to the beginning of each semester to provide adequate time for families to make payment arrangements. The following schedule applies to the 2007-2008 year:

Account balances 90 days or more past due will be assessed a penalty of 1% a month (12% annually) on the past due balance. Participation in a payment plan will not exempt the student from the College's Past Due Penalty.
- REFUND SCHEDULE
The conditions under which a refund will be made are listed in the Tuition and Fees section of the Beloit College Catalog. Appropriate refunds of Tuition, Room, Board and Fees will be made according to the following schedule:
- 1st day of class - 100%
- 2nd day of class thru the 11th day of class - 90%
- 12th day of class thru the 22nd day of class - 80%
- 23rd day of class thru the 34th day of class - 70%
- 35th day of class thru the 45th day of class - 60%
- 46th day of class thru the 57th day of class - 50%
- 58th day of class thru the 69th day of class - 40%
*For sessions other than regular academic terms the refund will be calculated on a prorated basis with the refund equal to the percentage of the session still remaining on the day of the withdrawal, rounded to the nearest ten percent.
*Examples of the application of the refund policy are available in the Accounting Office.

The statements will include charges for tuition, fees, room and board; and will also show any pending financial aid, including grants, scholarships, student loans and/or parents(s) loans. Please note, there will be a $150.00 late payment fee for accounts paid after the due date.
