Transcript Requests

Images of Beloit Permanent records are confidential between the student and the College. A student may request transcripts of his or her permanent academic records at any time; however, transcripts will not be released without the student's authorizing signature and approval from the Accounting Office. Requests for transcripts must be presented in writing to the registrar, giving notice of at least one week. One transcript of record may be furnished for each student without charge. For each additional transcript, a fee of $2.00 is required. All financial obligations to the College must be arranged to the satisfaction of the Accounting Office before a transcript may be prepared for a student.

For all off campus students and alumni, a form is available. Please print, fill out and mail this form to the Registrar's Office with the appropriate fee.
