| September 8 | Spring 2009 call for schedule sent to department chairs |
| September 22 | Returned first copy of call for schedule to Registrar's Office |
| September 29 | Spring 2009 new course descriptions due to the Registrar's Office. (please email descriptions to sandees@beloit.edu) At the very least get these in before you leave for break. |
| October 3 | Individual faculty proofs to each faculty |
| October 7 | Individual faculty proofs returned to Registrar's Office |
| October 10-20 | Spring Break |
| October 17 | Final schedule proof to department chairs. |
| October 21 | Return final schedule proof to Registrar's Office. |
| October 23 | Schedule booklet is at the printers. |
| Oct 27-30 | Preparing WEB version. |
| October 31 | Spring 2009 schedule booklets will be available. |
| November 3-7 | Advising for Spring 2009. |
| Dec 5 | Confirmation of schedules sent to students |
