| Grounds, Housekeeping and Maintenance services are available for special events. Two weeks |
| advance notice is required and a MINIMUM TWO HOUR OVERTIME RATE will be |
| charged. Contact Physical Plant for the current overtime rate. Weekend services must be |
| approved in advance by the Department Head/Chair. Please provide an account number when |
| making your request. |
