PAYROLL
Payroll, located in the Human Resources Office, prepares payroll checks for all Beloit College employees - faculty, staff, and students. We also handle direct deposits, payroll deductions, income tax withholding, retirement annuity contributions, garnishments, and everything else related to your paycheck.

Direct Deposit

The Payroll Office can electronically deposit your paycheck to any bank or credit union in the United States. You'll have immediate access to your money on payday. No waiting for a check to clear or waiting in line at the bank. Direct deposit is safe, confidential, convenient and FAST!
